The problem with most of these stories is their generic nature. Many potential buyers are just sitting on the fence (how many times have you heard that phrase?) waiting for the stars to align or for the bottom of the market. Timing the market is extremely difficult, and the people who nailed the top or bottom most likely just got lucky.
