buyers agents: Is This Your Listing?

Last week I received a call from a prospect that drove by a home in Canton, Michigan and saw my companies sign. This caller Googled my company and found me listed at the top (which is the good news). He called me wanting information about the home, which I provided. About half way through our conversation he asked, "are you the listing agent?" I answered him by explaining that my office was the listing office, but I was not the listing agent. buyers agents: Buyers, Please Don't Abuse My Seller!

OK.. I know this is a Buyers Market, but this does not mean that Sellers need to be abused! If you make an appointment, please keep it or call ahead to cancel it. If you open a door, please close it. Especially to the unheated garage. My sellers do not like to come home to a furnace that has been running for 4 hours heating the garage. If you turn on a light, please turn it off. If your shoes are covered with snow and salt, please take them off. Please give feedback. We really care what you thought. … (3 comments)
