My Noisy Friend

For some reason, he likes the top of this electric pole!

I am not a noisy person but I do have noisy friends.  This Red-Headed Woodpecker is one of them.  I don't know that he knows that he's a friend though.  Red Headed Woodpeckers have a crimson red head, entirely white body and half white/half black wings.  They are gorgeous!  The Red Headed Woodpecker is very skilled at catching insects in mid-air and that's one of the reasons that he's a friend.  Besides that, he just makes the homestead prettier!

Brown Addition which is located just east of Idabel, Oklahoma is an ideal community to live in if you want to be near town and yet enjoy the feeling of living in the country. 
Homes in the Brown Addition (which by the way is so named because the developer was J.L. Brown) are mostly Ranch Style homes. Some of the homes were built in the late 70's and early 80's with some newer homes also in the addition. There are different sizes of lots with some being on small acreages.

The Seller Rejected My Offer.  What Do I Do Now?  The best thing to do is to ask your real estate agent..  Here are some thoughts on the matter and some possibilities.... 
 
Did the seller counter your offer at all?  Most of the time when a seller rejects an offer, they also counter it.

Things are NOT always what they look like, GET A HOME INSPECTION!  These pretty yellow leaves could pass for pretty yellow flowers from a distance or if seen by someone from another planet that didn't know the leaves turn yellow when they are DEAD.  
Sure, they look pretty here nestled in the green all around them.  All looks well but THEY"RE DEAD.  When you know that green leaves turn some other color besides green when they die, then you are alerted that all is not well.
