Homes for Rent in Franklin NC It is very hard to find a rental in Franklin, NC. Our rentals are very expensive here in Franklin and I have an idea why and they just may go up in price. The first reason I think is because there are not very many houses to rent to begin with so the ones that do rent can charge more. I wonder why my house will not sell? Would you rent it for me? I got a call from a women a few weeks ago asking if I would rent her home here in Burningtown Franklin, NC. I do long term rentals only. Seemed like a nice older women, husband has passed and now she can not afford to take care of both homes with out him. Happens all the time up here with our second homes and one spouse passes away.
