Franklin, NC Events | Things to do in Franklin, NC | Pumpkin Fest 16th Annual Pumpkin Fest Date: Oct 19, 2012 - Oct 20, 2012 Where: Downtown Franklin, NC October 19 - Hayrides from East Franklin Shopping Center on the Highlands Rd. from 3pm until 6pm. After school treats for kids in East Franklin Shopping Center from 3pm - 5pm. This is on the Highlands road in Franklin, NC. Kids visit all the local businesses for Halloween treats.
