Snow, Snow, Snow and did I say Snow….
 
I just don’t get it. I hadn’t visited one of my staged new builds for a couple of weeks.  I like to have complete access so I can keep an eye on things.  A few snow storms later and in order to get in the door, I had to climb through hip deep snow. I guess being 5 foot 1 inch didn’t help.
The snow looked like it hadn’t been cleared for weeks.  This tells me a couple of things.  #1 No buyer footprints.  They couldn’t get near the door and why … (7 comments)

builders: Crooked Eyes Maybe? - 09/12/08 05:58 AM
What is it about builders and their electricians that they cannot get light fixtures in the middle of the ceiling or over where a table is definately supposed to be set.
Everytime I do a vacant property, I seem to have this to deal with.  Anyone else having this same issue? Very frustrating.
I am asked to set this space up as a living/dining room but the light fixture is placed in an awkward place.  If there is a chain, you can swag it if the builders will allow you to put a hole in the ceiling but this is not … (7 comments)
