Just another example of why home staging works for vacant properties.  Buyers can imagine the space as their own.  Furniture placement is not a mystery to them.

Ok so have you ever heard that Home Staging Doesn't Help Sell Homes or perhaps maybe you have said Home Staging will not work for my properties.
Well, to be honest, after over 5 years in the Home Staging Business, I have heard those words again and again and again! Blah...blah...blah...blah...blah......

Happened to be home when Oprah was on this afternoon. The topic was Makeunders. Women who needed less not more. But this also applies to homes. Nate Berkus did a room Makeunder and it inspired me!Every home that goes on sale needs a makeunder. The less of you, the quicker your home will sell. The bigger and more spacious your home looks the higher it's perceived value.

Hello AR friends,
I completed a staging project for clients I would describe as perfect clients.  Everything I suggested was accepted with enthusiasm.  They were so quick at completing their plan that we got started staging 2 weeks earlier than scheduled.
After completing the staging, photos for the internet were completed and a plan to list the property the next day.  Before posting on the internet and before a sign went on the front lawn, 2 prospective buyers viewed the property.  These buyers got into a bidding war and the property SOLD in one day and for $15,000 over the list price.  A … (45 comments)
