As you can see property prices in Ashland have stabilized and are equal with the entire year 2009. My market reports on other Prince William County subdivisions indictate similar or somewhat better results in a few of the other subdivisions.
The change in results in Prince William County lagged behind some other Northern Virginia market areas due to a higher percentage of homes being sold as a short sale or foreclosure in Prince William County.
