The Haunted Forest off of Hwy 294 at Jim Twiggs Auto in Murphy, NC returns again this year. The promoters encourage you to "Bring a Change of Underwear" and promise a 1/2 mile of "sheer terror". This year, admission is $8 and kids 10 and under get in free. If you haven't been, it is so much fun! The Twiggs family does a fantastic job putting this event together. The Haunted Forest is October 24th & 25th, October 31st & Nov 1st, 2014 and opens at dark. Get there early because the line can get long!
