While she may not be able to fold the laundry, walk the dog or take out the trash, clearly she has prioritized her list of can and can't do's because even she knows it's best to call a Realtor when you exclaim you want to find your dream home! Even Alexa knows what is above her pay grade and when she can't best serve you, she directs you to who or what can.

Life happens. While we wish that it wouldn’t things that we cannot control happen. What happens to us does not define us, how we react to these things does. Having to sell our home, the very house that you made memories beyond measure in, is one of the hardest things I have seen sellers go through. Whether a death, lay-offs, significant income changes, illness and/or disease, no matter the circumstance the very walls that surround the owner has a story to tell. Realtors, well, we see a lot when out showing and listing property. Some of the things we see can be extremely funny, some extremely scary. Living in the mountains where the wilderness is only a fingertip away and wildlife is plentiful, some of us can get up close and personal with visitors that we would sometimes like to stay on their side of the fence. While showing property the other day it looks like we had a " squatter " situation. This beady eyed raccoon surely grabbed our attention and tried to make it known he was top resident of the place.
