outside the box: A New Twist to an Open House

With the Short Sales and Foreclosures dominating the market, when I have a home that is an exceptional value as well as a wonderful place to Retire,Vacation, Relocate or just as a Second Home... It is time to Think Outside the Short Sale Box.... I had to come up with something.
