The Broadmoor Bluffs housing market continues to be a BUYER'S/NEUTRAL Market, as there is currently a 8 month of supply of homes on the market.   A 6 month supply of houses on the market is considered a "NEUTRAL MARKET".   Sales units were up 30% from 2009 to 2008, and pricing was down 16% from 2009 to 2008.    Pricing is continuing to see a decrease in 2010.
