Fancy Dim Sum available all day in this newly opened Dim Sum restaurant. The Dim Sum Garden is located on 40 Road in Chinatown, Flushing, NY.
Dim Sum I tried: Abalone Shumai, Scallop Shumai, Seafood creamy soup with puff pastry, Fried shrimp ball, Oyster rice roll, Black & gold Lava bun, Shrimp dumpling/Ha Gao, Fried taro, Crispy Snow White BBQ pork bun.
Everything I tried was so good with fresh ingredients.

Kyuramen is a Japanese restaurant at 13342 37th Ave, Flushing, NY.
Ramen is their thing, but they are also one of the places that make Omurice, although the egg is not made in front of you, the omelette over the Omurice was cut in front of you.
If you are a foodie, who likes to post to Yelp, Instagram, you won't be disappointed. You can choose to sit in front of the kitchen, watching them making the ramen, using a torch to brown the meat, pouring soup into the noodle.

Chinese New Year, Korean New Year, Vietnamese New Year are on the same day as The Lunar New Year, which was based on the traditional Chinese lunisolar calendar.
The Parade was held on Saturday, January 25, 2020, in Flushing, NY. It started around 11 am at Union Street & 38th Avenue which is in Queens, NY.
NYPD band, Lion Dancing, Dragon Dancing, Floats, Korean Drumming were performed in the parade. Falun Dafa, Falun Gong marching bands participated in the parade too.

The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was at 10 AM on November 26, 2019, followed by Lion Dancing.
They opened their first store in Manhattan in 1991, selling buns, pastries, and cakes. This is the fifth store opened in Flushing, NY and the 13th in totals.

NYC Eats - Giant Wonton at Maxi's Noodle.
The restaurant is located at 135-11 38th Ave., Flushing, New York.
Not the average wonton, it's huge, filled with shrimp. The cozy place uses disposable utensils, has a small menu, yet everything I tried is good. I have tried the wonton noodle soup, dumplings soup noodle, beef stew, spicy & sweet pork noodle, and the Hong Kong Milk Tea. Fish is not my thing, so I didn't try the fishball and the fish skin, but I heard it's good too.

Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao 南翔小籠包 / 南翔小笼包 now offer more kind of xiao long bao or soup dumplings. There are Truffle (black soupy dumpling), Scallop (red soup dumpling, seasonal), Loofah (green xiao long bao), Chicken (same white color), crab meat (yellow ) and the original.
Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao was Michellin-Recommend for 9 years as Shanghainese Food.

Garden World in Flushing, NY, a good place to shop for Thanksgiving Decoration, Halloween Decor, Autumn flowers, etc. There was a Fall Festival, at the Columbus Day Weekend this year, with kiddie rides, pony rides, petting zoo, foods, hay, corn stalks, face painting, sands art and enchanting spots for taking a picture, bring funs for families. A lot of pumpkins, mums, autumn flowers, Thanksgiving Decor, Halloween Decorations were displaced.
Garden World is a full-service center that has been serving NYC and Long Island for over 50 years.

Tour of Stop & Shop in Flushing, NY, where there is a new worker - Marty the Robot (time stamp 0:48 & 1:57). Marty, a gray beeping machine with wheels and blue indicators, slowly rolls around searching for spills and slip hazards. Its camera takes picture of a hazard it finds on the floor. If something is found through the sensors, Marty stops and the indicators flash yellow, to alert everyone around it. It also will make an announcement for a store associate that there is a clean-up needed.

Flowers & Vegetables in my Garden.
Most of the houses may have some flowers, but growing vegetables may not be the case.
However in Queens, especially in Flushing, you may see so many people growing vegetables in their backyard. And I am one of them.
It is fun, it is ecological. I dump all the food scraps in the backyard, wait for a while to compose and the organic waste improves the quality of soil and is good for growing.

Falun Gong or Falun Dafa Parade was held on April 20, 2019 in Flushing, Queens, New York.
It started at Main Street & 38 Ave marching down to Sanford Ave & Kissena Blvd.
There were lion dancing, marching bands, floats, dragon dancing etc.
Falun Gong is a Chinese religious spirtual practice that combines meditation and gigong exercises with a moral philosophy centered on the tenets of truthfulness, compassion and forbearance.
