One of my favorite times in a real estate transaction, as Closing Day draws nearer and nearer, is the preparation for window treatments. In most cases a speedy temporary fix is mini blinds. The future home owners excitement is evident as they go from room to room measuring windows and wall space. When I get the call to view a home under contract from one of my clients, I go willingly and freely. Whether it is the call to measure windows or show it to grandma from out of town I show it at their convenience. To do anything else … (8 comments)
