I'm not new at this, 36 short sale transactions closed, 11 in escrow right now, 6 more listed, including this one?
The sister home to this - 2 lots away, is listed at $709,000 - all comps suggest I can get this closed at the $599,000 - so why is this one sitting here?

The first one takes you to the homeowners site, the second one takes you to the "servicer's" site - its a 180 page manual on how to implement the system, I thought it would be good for the homeowners to have this information - if they have the time!
