Florida is ON SALE! And you know what happens with sales? They have expirations! That's right! Even though my market in Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, Port Orange and Palm Coast areas have taken quite a hit over the last couple of years, this sale won't last forever. I just listed a beach side bungalow (2 bedroom/2 bathroom with a little under 1000 square feet) for $64,500 and it went under contract in less than 24 hours, cash. Since when can you buy a beach side home for the price of a luxury car?
