As a professional real estate agent, I believe it is important to understand the overall market of Orange County in addition to the local communities I regularly serve and practice business in. Though Orange County is a pretty big county, that offers a variety of opportunities for real estate.. you can pretty much get to each side of it in about 30 minutes from anywhere in the county. So though Anaheim real estate sales are going to be different than say Lake Forest,, the overall trends should be somewhat similar.
