The gardens will soon be put to rest here in Murphy, NC, but Ashley shared this shot of one of her Morning Glory flowers crowding into the blueberry bushes with us and it is already making me want to start planning next years garden.

We’ve had such a great time watching all the firework displays in Murphy, NC and over in our neighboring GA and TN mountains. The whistles, cannon–like sounds and colorful fireworks bursting in the sky unite us all as we celebrate Independence Day.
Back out in the garden today we saw a different type of display come up from this Dandelion. Doesn’t it look like its celebrating with us too? Have a safe and happy Fourth of July weekend!
