We've all heard the phrase "Cash is King", right? Well, in todays Real Estate market that isn't always the case. This market changes and it changes fast! Here are some of the top Myths about purchasers with cash - and, yes, they Myths have been busted! I did have to giggle just a little when I read "Cash buyers coming in with a low ball offer like a gunman swaggering into town....." I think I have met that buyer!
