agents: Too many cooks in the kitchen

As a home stager I want to work as hard as I can for my clients. This encompasses learning a little about their background story..(are they just getting ready to list the house, has it been sitting on the market for months without any bites.. have they already reduced the price?) and of course executing my design plan in the shortest time frame possible for as little outlay of cash as possibe while still achieving an outstanding end result..
