Having posted this as a comment many times, I thought it may reach more if I blog it. I believe with my heart, that if HS's and RD's should start targeting and focusing more on he consumer to educate and win them over, the R E Agents and Home Trade professional's "WILL" follow. It is the consumer that drives every market into success or failure. All HS 's and RD's would benefit expotentially by focusing more toward this end than to become frustrated that the R E Agents are not as on board, as many would like. I thought it important to follow-up with you in regards to the new series results from The Emporium. As some of you know, I began the new series"Learning to Re-love and Romance Our Homes," on March 19th. My aim in doing this is to assist both the consumer in their search on these topics in an easier way, saving them tons of time, to help the pioneers here in NH grow their businesses more affordably than advertising and hoped to excite others to take it up this rewarding trade. Getting people to learn more about the many options provided by Home Stagers is key to helping the two largest target markets become most interested in utilizing the skilled service's you all provide. I truly believe it will become the norm but it is going to take more education. As I grow the referral and resource services here at The Emporium in NH, I can say this is the one "key" that is missing everywhere "Staging" is discussed on the WWW.
