Fresno CA has several areas of vintage homes that were built in the first half of the 20th century, many even before 1900. Fortunately for those who love these homes many have been carefully preserved and others are now being renovated by investors, staged by Selling By Design-Staging and sold to new owners.
Older,often neglected neighborhoods are being revitalized and coming to life with new families who want to live in quiet tree lined historic communities. Recently Selling By Design-Staging had the privledge of staging one of these homes, one of many, which sold within two days of listing.

 In two previous blogs ( Lipstick On A Pig) I noted the work of JMK Properties of Fresno CA. In parts one and two of the series pictures were were shown of the property pre-renovation, after renovation but prior to staging, and photos of the final product, an expertly renovated home, enhanced by Selling By Design-Staging, also in Fresno CA.

In my last post I discussed staging  a home renovation done  by a new company, JMK Properties of from the Fresno-Clovis area in CA.
Owned by Fred and Corina Jimenez, the company bought a distressed property in a working class neighborhood and completely restored it from curb to the backyard.
 
Using good materials that were consistent with other renovated homes in the same price point, they took a rundown eyesore and transformed it into a lovely family home. No detail was overlooked; nothing glossed over.
