2011 Charity Challenge at Provident Bank Park Rockland County has a new ballpark - the home of The Rockland Boulders. For the duration of the summer the Rockland Boulders will be teaming up with Active International. a global leader in corporate trade, to benefit charitable organizations in Rockland County NY. The way it works is that when you purchase Rockland Boulder tickets at Provident Bank Park, a percentage of the ticket sales and concession sales goes to the charity of the night and all proceeds will be matched by Active International. Tonight was opening night for the Rockland Boulders new home in Provident Bank Park in Pomona. Though not the first ball game of the season for them, it was the first to be played in their new home. Provident Bank Park officially opened today in a ribbon cutting ceremony followed by a game and fireworks.
