One of the biggest things to remember when operating a Virtual Assistance business is to keep the lines of communication open. If a client sets a deadline, communicate how reasonable you believe the deadline will be. If you need to have certain times where you will be unavailable, make sure your clients know. The worse thing is to be out of pocket and your client just feels that you are not responding to them. The breakdown between VA and client happens because of a lack of communication.
