I've noticed that we seem to be the only area real estate firm in Ashland and Bayfield Counties that routinely publishes our "Sale Pending" and "SOLD" properties. A few clients have asked us why we do this.
We're proud of our recent solds and pending sales. For a long time, i've held the opinion that competitors don't publish their successes when there's not much to publish.
