confidence fsbo prospecting: How to get over the hump?

As I sit here in front of my computer, contemplating my next attack into the numbers game, I wonder how other realtors have gotten past the "Dang, time to pick up the phone, go to prospect fsbo" hump. I know that listing is just around the corner, the motivated buyer is out there, the seller who gets the whole market value thing is looking for my number,,,,but how do you keep up your confidence? I try to visualize the happy fsbo, just hoping I'll come to her door, buyer showing up at my open house, cash in hand. You know. … (57 comments)
