Beware of Free Credit Report Offers!
On my blog last week I wrote, The Credit Scoring System
Sucks(I know you agree)...So since the American consumer has been reduced to a three digit number, there are now credit companies that have found ways to gain from the credit scoring system. They place ads on TV and radio offering free credit reports and scores. I am sure you have seen or heard them, actually one company's campaign was hilarious...but are the credit offers really FREE? Most are NOT you receive a "free credit report with scores" after signing up for some other credit service such as credit monitoring or fraud alert.
