Sandpoint Realty 'Friday Flag' is a nice reminder of a recent successful sale in Post Falls Idaho.
One of my favorite listings was in Post Falls Idaho. The street was lined with 'Ole Glory' flying more than any other street I have ever traveled.
While our USA Flag is not the main focus here you can see a couple directly in line as one moves down the street. This home, by the way, was kept as immaculate on the inside as you see here in the front yard.

This past week I followed my Sandpoint Realty 'Thursday Thought' advice and made a quick trip to one of my favorite spots. Leavenworth Washington.
As you can see the colors were still lush and vibrant. The recent storm that also came thru North Idaho left a dusting of snow on the surrounding peaks, to accentuate the surrounding beauty.

Visiting a friend this past weekend, I had to chuckle at this welcoming committee.
My driving by disturbed more than half of the turkeys perched, but the scene still worth a 2nd look. I have said it many times, and feel it still continues to be true. Do not leave your North Idaho home without a camera. Phones have sure made that easier.

Sandpoint Reatly 'Thursday Thought' is so very true and yet ignored so often.
I can not imagine the anxiety, frustration, and energy I have saved at the computer by simply turning it off, rather than to continue fighting a problem.
9 times out of 10 the reboot takes care of the problem. And if not, working on the problem is not quite the large issue it seemed when originally struggling with it.

Sandpoint Reatly 'Friday Flag' shows off again a resident flying the American Flag as a statement more for themselves than anyone else.
I always enjoy going to a listing appointment or viewing and see 'Ole Glory' flying. These residents live on acreage and the house set back from any roads, so this flag is flying mainly for them.
Special Log Home on acreage with horse set up and private access to Clark Fork River. Thank you North Idaho residents for proudly flying our USA Flag.

I Feel Sandpoint Realty 'Thursday Thought' fits well with not only the coming months, but coming year.
If we are not feeling a bit uneasy with all the changes looming ahead, and those having already made their presence known I believe, at least for myself, we are burying our head in the sand.
When speaking of change we will almost see the word 'uncomfortable', or 'comfort zone' immediately there after.

All that surrounds us in North Idaho is special year round. This year's Fall has been, and remains spectacular. Intermittent rains keeping the air fresh, and the foilage bright. Cool crisp evening and morning temperatures.

Sandpoint Realty 'Friday Flag' is found at Oldtown Rotary just at the border of Washington and Idaho.
A successful Rotary WaCanId Ride 2023. Close to 150 riders embarked on the 6 day 370 mile bicycle ride. 3 states and 2 countries. Always a unique adventure for the riders.
This is the first break of the 1st day after having left Sandpoint Idaho City Beach at 8:30am. Most of the riders having enjoyed some snacks and already back on their bikes to continue with the days ride to Colburn Washington.

It seems no matter how early we start preparing for the winter months, when the season actually gets here there is far too much yet to do. North Idaho this past week saw snow on some of the surrounding mountain tops.

Sandpoint Realty coverage extends from North of Bonners Ferry Idaho, Canadian Border, to Coeur D'Alene Idaho. East from Clark Fork to Priest River western most. Basically all the North Idaho Panhandle.
Someone when seeing this photo of a fixer upper would immediately imagine it to be miles away from anything, on a long lonely highway.
To the contrary this is within Sandpoint City limits and actually less than a mile from Downtown Mainstreet of Sandpoint Idaho. This giving proof to a small town in North Idaho still in the transition phase.

Sandpoint Realty 'Friday Flag' is a very unique one this week and have been looking forward to sharing it with you.
We will from time to time see a USA Flag painted on a work truck or vehicle, and it is always appreciated.
Take an extra moment here to enjoy the work that went into the detail from hood to rear of tank. Stars and Stripes front to back with even the 'Signing' depicted near the back quater of the tank. Very impressive!
