YES it is snowing here in Vail. YES they are calling for 8 -- 16 inches. YES winter is here. YES it is going to be an amazing ski season. YES the mountain opens on Nov 19. YES homes are selling. YES home buyers are buying. YES there are still deals out there at ALL price points. YES it has been too long since I updated this blog. YES it is my fault. YES I forgive myself. YES you should too.
