Keeping Children Involved in the Sale of Their Home When I have sellers with children I always strive to involve them in the move. It seems to reduce their stress level to some degree and makes Mom & Dad very happy to know the children are involved in the move. I start out with a Childrens Listing agreement that everyone signs and after the home is sold and closed I send the children a gift card to go shopping at a Toys R Us.
