I just told this same thing to a mnew listing client. It can never be said enough though. I leave a bunch of business cards with them and if they have a strange knock wanting to see the house they can hand one out and say call my agent and make an appointment. yes I knew what they wanted but I came prepared with what they needed Pricing in today's real estate climate is tough on a Seller. And it's confusing too. Yes the market has picked up.... Phew!! If I'm A Full Time Agent and Going Crazy...How DOES A Part Timer Do It?? From the moment the bell tolled that it was 2010 I have been busy. Very busy. Most days are chocked full from morning well into the night (hmmm 11:30pm and I'm finally finding time to write this). Now I am not complaining, thats for sure, but it made me think.... A Listing Agreement For The Children Of The House..... Listing Agreements....We all use them to be able to represent a Seller in the sale of their home. Not to use one makes no sense at all. Right??? But what about the children of the house? Does a Children's Listing Agreement make sense as well?? I think they do.
