As past a Chairman of the Dover Board of Health, I am well versed in Title V, groundwater and building code. As a result of this I work with several quality builders in many towns. My practice is diverse as I work with first time home buyers and seniors, as well as in the high end market both in downtown Boston and the surrounding suburbs. As a lifelong equestrian, I specialize in Equestrian Properties in New England, Aiken and Wellington. And I love antique homes so much that I live in one!

When buyers look at your home, you want them to focus on the features and upgrades. You don't want to distract them with items that might offend or puzzle them. It's amazing how many times we show homes and the buyers will refer to one as "the one with the guns" or the "one with the pictures". Granted, you're still living in the home but it's time to start packing up your personal items. In many ways, packing is an important step in moving on with your life.

The median sales price for homes in Needham MA for Dec 12 to Feb 13 was $604,000 based on 69 home sales. Compared to the same period one year ago, the median home sales price increased 6.5%, or $37,000, and the number of home sales increased 0%.
