Chase will now process your short sale thru Equator. The difference however is that Chase will initiate the short sale into the system and not the agent as done with Bank of America (BOA). The last short sale I processed with Chase went very smoothly, call backs were the same day usually, nothing was lost but I didn't like faxing everything to them...so perhaps Equator will at least relieve that aspect.
