Do you drive Highway 12 from Lodi to Highway 5?? Did you know you could get a $288 fine plus traffic school if you do not have your head lights on? Yes this means during the day! So many people, me included, drive that stretch of 12 not thinking twice about my headlights. It wasn't until a friend of mine told me that he got pulled over and given a ticket for not having his headlights on at 12:30 in the afternoon.
