Mike and I just returned from our vacation, which included 4 days in Tahiti. While we were gone, the Real Estate market, here in Contra Costa County, began showing signs of turning...we knew it was coming... We are back and Norman-Hill Properties is busy, busy. Multiple offers! Reduced inventory! Are you seeing signs too?

With Thanksgiving behind us and the Holiday Season just ahead, we are reminded how quickly things change around us. If it's been a while since you've driven through Walnut Creek and you are in the area, checkout the Downtown area. You won't believe how things have changed. We live here and we are amazed.Enjoy!
