It's that time of the year when I start spewing Christmas lights all over my post here because it is my favorite time of the year in Athens, GA!
 
Who doesn't love a parade or three?
Thursday, December 1, 2016 kicks off the season with the Athens, GA Parade of Lights.  This year the theme is “A Fairytale Christmas”.  The parade starts at 7pm (nearby roads start shutting down around 4pm), but be early to get a great spot for viewing.   Need more info about the Athens Christmas parade and route?  Just click here.
