Recently someone sent me a referral from the rain. I was flattered and honored! When I received the e-mail...no customer info...no phone number...just please wait until you get my referral form.
I have no problem with that...you want to get paid...you wanted to ensure I was a person of my word.
I understand and would ask the same thing!
The truth is we lost the referral before we even received the customer's name. Why, because the referrer was not ready.
You see in my mind if you are going to send referrals you might want to have a referral form in place...One that is accessible … (18 comments)
