You can't visit Door County and not try our native favorite, the Door County Fish Boil. Sound unappetizing? It's not, it's delicious! Fresh, locally caught whitefish is cut into chunks (ask for a tail section, it has the least bones) and boiled in salt water. Later, red potatoes and finally, baby onions are added.
