Portsmouth Harbor Lighthouse in New Castle NH is open to the public every Sunday from 1-5pm from Memorial Day weekend to Columbus Day weekend.Jay and I toured the lighthouse and loved the views and the whole experience of exploring the lighthouse. Portsmouth Lighthouse in New Castle NH I took this short video at low tide from out on the rocks on a very cold and windy April day. We had stopped by Fort Constitution and I wanted to try and get panaramic view video showing the ighthouse, the Piscatqua River and Atlantic ocean. March 25 2012, was the third day of the "March Heat Wave" and after an appointment in our Portsmouth NH real estate office my husband Jay and I decided to take advantage of the weather and do a walk about or photo walk in downtown Portsmouth. We love walking along the harbor of this historic old town and at sunset along the docks that day it was especially pretty. Wouldn't you agree?

I love the town of Portsmouth NH and our whole seacoast area for that matter. Fellow Active Rain blogging diva Ann Cummings lives and works in Portsmouth which is just the most coolest town.
