Investors: Should you invest in properties in Maricopa? Rental data for last 2 months A common question I get when dealing with investors is how much do houses rent for here in Maricopa? Is it a worthy investment? Investors want to know if they should purchase a home and then fix/flip it. I usually send them data of what's been leased in the last couple of months. Where did all the HUD homes go in Maricopa? Only 6 left! About a week and a half ago I wrote about the 8 HUD Homes that were available. Now there are only 6 left! It doesn't look like HUD is replacing the HUD homes too quickly. What is going on? Why is there such a decrease in these homes? The beginning of the year had 4 times this amount, if not more! So, what's going on? Are we near the end of the foreclosure market in Maricopa? I can't speak for HUD but it does feel like there are a lot less houses to … (3 comments)

Where did all the HUD homes go in Maricopa? Only 8 left! I constantly follow the HUD listings to see what's available and have seen a dramatic decrease in the HUD supply. The beginning of the year had 4 times this amount, if not more! So, what's going on? Are we near the end of the foreclosure market in Maricopa? I can't speak for HUD but it does feel like there are a lot less houses to choose from. For those potential buyers that keep saying it's a buyer's market who are still waiting for the market to bottom out I would highly reommend taking a close look at what's … (1 comments)
