Should I buy a NYC condo with a view? Often when we work with buyers looking at different condos, the buyers always asked us if they should buy an condo with a view or not.
In New York city, having a view is a luxury item and there is a premium that comes with that. If you are buying for yourself, and you love views, then YES.. Buy something you are going to be happy with.
