Exeter NH Homes Sell Faster We are looking at Exeter NH homes and condos sold data from January to October for the last four years to determine Exeter NH Real Estate market health. In our first graph is the number homes and condos sold. From the high of 2009 at 151, the number of homes sold this year is down 10% to 136. What's interesting here is that on average those 136 homes have been selling four weeks faster than in 2009.

We are looking at the market activity for Dover NH Real Estate for the first six months of the year compared to the same time period for the last three years. In the first half of the Great Recession in 2008 we saw 131 homes sold. In 2009, sales dropped off 21% to just 103 homes sold.
