In addition to increasing the average sales price by 32% and median sales price by 28%, the list price to sales price was much lower than most District 20 neighborhoods at 89%. Thank you agents for not returning your calls! We are under contract with a buyer from Florida who found us on Activerain. So, why is that unusual? It really isn't but the buyers tried calling 3 or 4 agents first to ask for their assistance. When the agents didn't return calls for 2-3 days, the buyers started doing their research online and stumbled across our blogs about the different neighborhoods in Academy School District 20, such as Briargate, Cordera, Flying Horse, Peregrine, Pine Creek, Rockrimmon, and Wolf Ranch.
