Who Can You Trust When You're Thinking of Moving? Monday on KPFA (our good old Berkeley Area Pacifica Station) a man named Donald Van de Mark was on the air. And what furniture do they prefer in their Berkeley Area homes? Every now and then I'm reminded how lucky I am to be living in the Berkeley Area. Besides the food, the proximity of San Francisco is such a plus, especially during Baseball season. A ferry boat ride to Giant's stadium is the best way to take me out to the ball game.I've noticed so many orange and black hats on folks from all over the Bay Area that despite the "A's" Oakland home, I've concluded that the Giants have won the hearts and minds of the Berkeley Area.
