Ok…I know Everett Real Estate Agents ALWAYS tell you this….BUT…… “Now is the time time buy!!!!”….. screams the Everett real estate agents, who pretty much say that ALL THE TIME.To the person shopping for a home, when the deals seem lousy, they just plug their ears when they hear the Real Estate agents saying this, because they say it all the time. The home buyers just don’t always believe it because sometimes the good deals are like looking for a needle in the haystack. They are hard to find.
