Well my big adventure starts this week. Tuesday I leave for Portugal, flying in to Lisbon Airport on Wednesday late morning barring any delays. Then a trip into town on the Metro, a quick visit to a sports shop and then onto the Se de Lisboa to collect my Camino de Santiago credentials/passport which will allow me to stay in the Albergues/Hostels and obtain a Pilgrim meal from restaurants along the way at discounted rates. Then Wedensdaynight I will be staying at an AirBNB in Lisbon close to the Se de Lisboa where I will begin my trek on Thursday morning.

It is hot and humid in Berwyn today, with constant rain on and off. Hard to plan anything to do outside? Maybe a trip to King of Prussia Mall is a solution.

Last night we got to experience watching a classic Philadelphia movie under the stars behind Easttown Library in Berwyn. Sponsored by the Berwyn Devon Business Association, this is just one of the many community events the association sponsors, it was well attended on a cool Summer evening with many people wearing coats and sweaters to ward off the breeze blowing across the field. We had the pleasure of helping another buyer complete the purchase of their Tredyffrin Easttown home last week.

Some thoughts on selling houses in this very odd market right now.
Our local Tredyffrin Easttown and Main Line real estate market is suffering from low inventory, like many other areas across the country. It is so bad in some townships that finding any comps for listings is well nigh impossible. However, there are large numbers of buyers waiting for homes to be listed and sellers are inundated with offers in a matter of hours.
But those offers may not be all they seem?
What are they offering? Fair market value or any price, but dependent on it appraising!

By clean, I don't mean avoid spilling your coffee over the agreement, although it doesn't help. Don't include things that make a seller nervous.
