We are now in a Real Estate market in New Jersey where there is enough housing inventory for 13 months! What does that mean? Typically, atleast a year listing to sell your home with a Realtor that specializes in "MARKETING" you home. List it as a FSBO and you're likely to sit for 2-3 years on the market. The last 2 weeks have been very exciting! Switched office locations within the same company (Different Franchise) Wow do I notice a difference!
