Last month, J.D. Power & Associates put out their annual report on real estate buyer and seller satisfaction, based on the largest national real estate companies. According to the report, Keller Williams was ranked #1 for buyer satisfaction. Overall satisfaction is determined by examining three factors for the home-buying experience: agent, office, and services.
