Palm Beach County Has Recovered Quickly! As scary and damaging hurricanes can be, Irma was no exception! However, here in S. Florida we have recovered very quickly! Thanks to great companies like FPL (Florida Power & Light) and Publix. It’s still a pleasure to be in one if the United States’ best tropical cities, Delray Beach! The recovery efforts have been moving swiftly along, so that the residents of S. Florida can move on to enjoy the wonderful lifestyle that we have here. Palm Beach County, Florida plans to convert old newspaper stands to "little libraries". What a great idea to get kids reading! It will work on the honor system of take a book and bring it back or leave another book of their choice.
