Palm Beach County Converts Old Newspaper Stands to "Little Libraries"! 
Palm Beach County, Florida plans to convert old newspaper stands to "little libraries". What a great idea to get kids reading! It will work on the honor system of take a book and bring it back or leave another book of their choice.
The first "little library" started last week in Riviera Beach, and they plan for 17 more this month. They hope for about 100 of these boxes all over Palm Beach County. They will be equipped with books for all age ranges of kids and there will be someone in charge of each station to keep it maintained.
